Meet Jess Stout
Jess Stout has a refreshingly human take on optimal functioning and performance psychology.
As a registered psychologist and certified life coach, Jess helps people rediscover a meaningful and sustainable relationship with themselves by untangling the underlying psychological and emotional factors that may be impacting their health and overall functioning.
With over a decade of dedicated training and education in psychology, her collaborative work has been recognised on podcasts, in conferences and in corporate workshops. Topics of expertise and special interest include organisational psychology, sport psychology, and the emerging field of positive psychology and flow state.
She has had the pleasure of working with elite athletes, performing artists, professionals, corporate leaders, medical and health professionals, business owners, community leaders, university students and academics.
